This is the second time Ning has helped me find a home. She understands my needs and have been very helpful on both times. The second move needed to be completed in a short time frame and she already knew what I wanted and got the flat I want quickly without going through a lot of choices. We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Alan fully grasped our requirements and was able to find a great selection suitable properties. He was then very patient with us whilst we got to offer stage and then ultimately to key handover!
